An art practice centred around using scrap, discards and found objects, Wolf was founded by Ritu and Surya Singh in 2013 in an attempt to share stories and create environments to be inspired by, and speak about much needed change. Wolf Eye is the Wolf laboratory where objects come together to tell stories, the incubator where artists hone their own practices while working with the Wolf pack. From original artworks to craft collaborations, unusual finds to anything that catches the eye of Ritu and Surya, Wolf Eye showcases the beauty and brilliance of creatives that captivate Wolf’s eye. It is byproducts of deliberation in the studio, and finds from travels, treasure hunts and flea markets, presented with unique perspectives. While the studio engages various craft narratives and artists to produce its own artworks, their individual repertoire is brimming with beauty and potential. Wolf Eye is an attempt to bring more eyes on these works along with Wolf originals which are not a part of Gallery shows.
