Shipping and Delivery

Our aim is to get your purchase to you quickly and safely, so it reaches you in perfect condition, even as we attempt to minimize waste.   All our products are shipped from Mumbai through major courier companies, and shipping costs indicated at the time of checkout.

Some of our products are made-to-order, and dispatch times for these are indicated on the respective product pages. In all other cases, dispatch times are as indicated below.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details for the shipment.

Shipping within India (Domestic shipping)

We dispatch within 7 days of order confirmation. Products that require special packaging and/or delivery outside major cities may take longer. 

Shipping outside India (International shipping)

We dispatch within 15 days of order confirmation. Products that require special packaging and/or delivery outside major cities may take longer. 

Some art works may require special packing and shipping for international delivery, and may incur additional charges over and above the shipping charges shown at checkout. While we do our best to minimise these instances, should this be the case for any order placed, our team will contact you to discuss the order.

Some countries levy additional import duties and/or taxes on art and other goods. The buyer will be solely responsible for paying any such additional charges levied by the destination country, as also for any other duties, taxes or other charges applicable on export of art from India. These fees must be paid by you  directly to the courier company. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate the incidence or estimate the amount of these levies, as they vary by country and are subject to change.
