Ziya Tarapore

Ziya Tarapore creates stunning textural art from paper, that are abstractions of tree forms, flowers, rocks and the ocean. She layers, melds, and dyes paper to form shapes, then scrapes and tears the surface to create texture, adding colour and sculptural depth along the way. She also works with printmaking techniques and collage to bring trees and nature to life in new ways.
