Bin Satguru is inspired by Kabir’s poem of the same name, which tells the story of a lion cub raised by a shepherd. The cub starts to behave like the rest of the flock, unaware of his innate strength, until he is guided to discover his true self, and roar like a lion. The poem asks us to seek a guide who might lead us to realise our own inner potential. 

Venkat’s work is a tribute to Kabir, and a reminder of the poem’s message.
