Karim's creations reveal a unique visual contradiction, combining the artistry of craft revival with modern media influences. As one of the last practicing wool felting artisans from the Kachchh region, Karim brings a contemporary sensibility to an ancient craft, drawing inspiration from a diverse array of sources, including anatomical scans, bold geometric forms, and mid-century modern aesthetics. With his innovative approach to felting, each piece comes alive with vivid detail and texture.
