Awakening to the dreamlike quality of everyday life, one steps into a fluid space where reality becomes malleable. This practice of self-reflection consists of acknowledging and observing one’s own thoughts and emotions as if they were part of a dream, paying attention to one’s surroundings and the subtleties of experience and noticing the details that typically go unnoticed.
These are practiced to loosen the hold of the “dream" through non attachment, allowing for great freedom.
