'Like a flower that has blossomed in the dry and barren sand,
We are born and born again most gracefully.
Thus, the winds of time will take us with a sure and steady hand
When the river meets the sea.’
I recollected this song by John Denver while walking through the waters of the Cola beach in Goa, passing by the point where the river met the sea.
I’ve been seeing, smelling urban rivers most of my life where I live, and it’s state always brings upon so many unanswered questions in my mind. Looking out for the pure and serene form, recreating a fantasized version while finding peace. But just like the river changes it’s flow, allows humans to intervene, I also see myself as flowing, changing, accepting and growing.
Care instructions: Dry dusting with a soft brush, from the front and back.
